Ever since i took the Tata Indicom connection, it has been getting disconnected every week and it takes the service men another week to get it fixed. The last time i could not connect for a month and a half, and I was told that my account would get extended by 2 months because i did not have connectivity for such a long period. But I can see that the extension has been given only for 13 days !!! Every time i call up the customer service they put me on hold for ages, register a new complaint and tell me they will process this in 72 hours and... read full review »
