The refrigerator was seldom used and mostly kept switched off initially for nearly 1 year. After that I was transferred to Bangalore and I started using the refrigerator. However on 1st use it was not cooling. When I asked them to send a mechaninc in April it took them 2 weeks to send a mechanic after hundreds of calls. Then they said they have the gas but some other part is not available and it will take a week to get the same from their factory in North India.
