I am using broadband internet service of Reliance communication since nov 2007 . My selected plan is of 2.0 Mbps. Marketing executive (Mr. Pritesh Patel) has commited me that I can get 1600-1700 Kbps of surfing speed and 200-250 kbps of down loading speed with this plan . But since the first day of installation I am getting only 100 Kbps of surfing speed and downloading speed is just 15 Kbps . I made numbers of complaint (atleast 12 times till date) to their customer care center but no one has came here to check . They are just arguing that... read full review »
