We have a Gas Cylinder connection of HP Gas in our house. Since our Cylinder became empty, we wanted to book a new cylinder on the phone. But even after calling the concerned continously, nobody picked up the phone. Then we decided to go to Aundh Gas Office of HP to book our cylinder. When we reached there during working hours, they refused to take the booking. (while booking the gas, they are supposed to issue a receipt after taking the payment).
