I have had a terrible experience with yatra.com. I booked domestic flights online which I later needed to cancel due to a change in schedule. When I booked the flights the confirmation email from Yatra.com informed me that the flight was refundable and I would be charged 750rs per person and a 200rs fee to cancel the booking (amounting to a total £23).
