When buying my enetertainment system he advised me to buy hdmi wires and surge protecter he offered the meastro 6900 Jules from daveco this was July 2008 everything was fine till those weekend while my wife was watching tv the whole system started to flicker and the smell of burnt electrical . I varified and the plug was starting to melt I ran to the electrical breaker I pulled to plug out and the right prong was burnt off .I believe that this product is a fire hazard.
