i travelled from Johannesburg-Dubai-Mumbai on 30th July and was very pleased on the service provided in the first leg of travel (Johannesbur-Dubai). But; to my astonishment the service quality provided in the second leg (Dubai-Mumbai) was of very poor qulaity and not expected out of Emirates. To begin with there was no baggage space available in the overhead baggage space (seat no.40G) as it was occupied by Emirates staff only.
