I received a charge on 6/21/10 from bizHost for $39.99. I called to tell them they charged me without authorization and need to return the money. They said 10-15 business days. The next day there was a 2nd charge for $39.99. I called them again and said they charged me instead of refunding me. They said 10-15 business days. I waited 2 weeks and called back. I spoke with a supervisor and she said they would have to resubmit the refund for processing and to wait 10-15 business days. I waited 3 weeks and called back.
