I purchased several t-shirts at Guess store. The quality was extremely poor as the t-shirts shrunk.I decided to return the t-shirts.The manager from guess asked me to test the t-shirt in store to prove to them it shrunk. So I prove to the store manager that they indeed did.So the manager asked me to produce the receipt. I unfortunately could only find one of the receipts and gave it to him.Now he tells me that they can’t help as they can’t find all my credit card purchases on the system.So I GUESS I’m getting ripped off.
