I have Tata indicom broadband prepaid internet connectivity since 6 months. I renew it every 3 months. I have renewed the connection 2 times now. The internet connectivity was stopped on 30th April, 2008 and i lodged a complaint through customer care. A field engineer visited house on 4th May, 2008 and took the router (router is essential to connect my computer to internet) saying the router is not working.
