This complaint is with reference to the videocon 29" CTV. it has a color patch on the left top corner. This was brought to the notice of the manager of the showroom and also a complaint was lodged to the service centre. The tech from the service centre came to our place and did a color caliberation. later again the same issue persisted also it worsened. The second time again complaint was lodged and the tech saw and said that the TV needs a replacement as there was some problem with the picture tube.
