The handset stopped charging and so i gave it to M/s Solution Plaza on 9th June who on 25th gave me back the set without repair and refused to entertain the warranty and asked to pay for repair if to get it repair. When i asked for address of Samsung office on 14thaugust to send the complaint they asked do not move to consumer forum we shall repair it under warranty.So i handed over the set to them on 18th August 2008 which still they are not in mood to repair even after i have made so many rounds of their service centre and contacting... read full review »
