The service dept at this dealership does a terrible job diagnosing problems, fails to advise on potential issues and is very high priced. I had a problem which they failed to find and my car broke down the same day. I tried to get them to pay the towing bill but they just completely blew me off. I complained to their general manager and he was downright abusive. They obviously don't care about customers at all.
