With due respect i niharika joshi want to state that i have applied for a pan card a month ago for which i have received the acknowledgement no. 012470200187911. Although the online inquiry regarding the status confirmed that the pancard was despatched but it could not be deliverd because of the absence of the consignee which is absolutely false as no body actually turned up to deliver it at the mentioned address.
