I have purchased a Tissot watch 4 years ago & it stopped working after 1 year. I returned with the watch & the problem was 'fixed" on the spot. 1 year later the problem returned (same problem) & again I was assured that the problem was fixed. This happen twice more & only then was the watch sent back to the importer, who said that the guaranty was up & that the mechanism is defective.
