So my wife and I got a HL56a650 as a gift in sept 2009 and since march has had 3 service calls and now offered to exchange the unit, so im thinking cool, getting a new tv until they dropped a bomb on me and said with an additional 850.00...WHAT are you insane ????? So since I got it as a gift and dont have a reciept I have to settle with the same defective unit thats refurbished and only has a 90 day warranty...whats wrong with this ? am I over reacting or what, any ideas on how to get a NEW tv instead of a refurb ? read full review »
