8/4/10 I purchased 3 refurbished NDS lites and only 1 was actually functional. 2 was obviously defective and returned. I was surprised that after I returned the 2 units they sent me one back in about 2 wks which for China is fast. I notified them that I am lacking one unit and they alleged that I didn't send them both units????? I forwarded a copy of the postal receipt as requested and the weight indicates that 2 units was packaged and I also sent copies of a correspondence indicating that I actually tried to repair one of the units and... read full review »
