Customer service was advised about phone not working they sent a person who advised to take it to the LG service centre, who in turn declared the phone as defective & can be repaired immediately. Tata Indicom was informed about the same but they failed to do the replacement. Phone services are dsrupted since 12-11-2008. read full review »
