After spending nearly 3 hours on the phone, my battery ran out, while talking to someone, I didn't even know they were YES LOANS. A week later I received paperwork from them to sign and return, but I'd already decided to get a bank loan if I really wanted to bother with one at all. I returned their paperwork, with a letter saying I was no longer interested and was quite fed up with listening to endless rap music and other codswallop, when trying to contact them by phone.
