I had purchased Reliance Wimax connection on 13th May 2008. Immediately after that, I had requested for a change of plan. But they said that I was still not registered in their system. After 15 days I tried again, still not registered. So I asked to terminate the connection. They refused to consider even that! I stopped using the connection and sent several termination requests.
