This is an online records search service. The first thing I did was do searches on people I know with certain types of records that should come up very easily. NOTHING CAME UP ON ANYONE EVER. It is a complete and total ripoff. I contacted customer service the same day and instantly got an email back that said I would receive a refund. That was two days ago. Haven't gotten refund yet. IF YOU WANT A SERVICE FOR SEARCHING ON LINE RECORDS THAT DOES WHAT IT SHOULD, USE NET DETECTIVE, they are the real deal. read full review »
