I purchased a fully automatic videocon washing machine from Next store Lajpat Nagar in April 2008. The water outlet motor of my washing machine got damaged around 1st of January 2009 due to some reason and it can be replaced as it is covered under one year warranty. I complained about it and an engineer from the Videocon's service centre made a visit and he took away the motor with him for replacement.
