I had purchased a data card connection for internet connection for my laptop from reliance communications in Aug 2008. After using the service for a couple of months I realised that the billing structure was not authentic and they would charge me unreasonably high . There was no way to reconcile the billed amount with my usage. I decided to discontinue with the services and therefore I call up at their call centre to discontinue the services.
