On July 9th my wife and I went to our Mobility [Telus Apex] agent in coquitlam B.C., and said we wanted a new phone as the one they sold me for christmas present, had been in for repairs 4 times. My agent John said he would phone in to Telus to arrainge it. At 2pm on July he made the call.
