I have been with Telus for about 5 years. My first phone with them was in repairs for atleast 90% of the first 6 months I had it, while i was still paying the bills for a phone i didnt even get to use that much. I'm now on my fourth blackberry. I've had the pearl, and the curve with no problems. I recently upgraded tot he blackberry storm 2 33days ago. Within the first week of having that phone i had to bring it back due to it freezing all the time, and the battery life was horrible.
