Please refer the Bookin No. CBYJ4H. I that i ticket i purchased the comfort kit as offered by you, but it was not given to me in the flight while travelling and was told by the crew staff that it is finished. Further on query by the staff it was told that the amount which was debited in my ticket is refunded back to my credit card account. Now on perusal of my account it is found that no such amount is credited into my account. Kindly advice read full review »
