My 1.5 ton split ac was installed the same day i purchased and I was so surprised to see the samsung service engineer do not have the right tools say spanner etc to open the Indoor unit nut and he used inapporpriate spanner and it wornout so he cut the pipe and made a new joint. During night i used to get little noise so i complained on 3rd day, after several followups the service engg came and took the complaing for a indoor fan replacement and later since things were not progressing i again complained and this time to surprise he said... read full review »
