I have been a repeat customer with them since april, have bought gold atleast 6 times, never had any problems always smooth and instant- yesterday I go to buy gold and it has been worst experience ever dealing with a company- First they tell me its instant then to stand by, then the delivery guy is at lunch for 4 hours, followed by suddenly they are banned and cannot deliver maybe in 3 hours check then, followed by come back tomorrow its late!
