The Company had made tall claims in advertisements that the air conditioner was treated with three coats of protective layers against corrosion of the metal body parts, however within 15 months or so many metal parts of the outer body and coils were found to be completely corroded. I brought this to the attention of the Company through several letters, the first dated 26.10.2005.
