I would loike to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum, regarding the pathetic service of Reliance BIG TV. Few of my channels are not working over couple of weeks and i am spending close to 1-2 hrs daily calling to the Customer Care. The problem is not getting rectified. I demand compensation from the company for cheating the piblic and also charging for the service which they are not providing. This is the worst company i have ever seen, i wonder how can they be such a big name in the Industry. Poor/Pathetic/idiotic are the words i have for now to describe there services. read full review »
