ADT Money-Back Service Gaurantee is a SCAM - they sent out letters and advertise via e-mail (eg, spam) to get you get them for security reason. They have a 3 days refundable cancellation, but once they come and hook up and you sign that paper, they will NOT cancel the service nor refund you back any money even when you cancel. They will lied that you did not cancel within 3 days. When you fax them the cancellation paper, they will ignore it.
