There was problem of noise and vibration coming in my machine so logged complaint at call centre on 22nd sept. Engineer visited ans told me that one part to be replaced ( front weights ) which they have ordered. After one week they bought some weights but told by mistake it is not meant for this model so told they will come back again. till time no one has responded when spare will come. No one pick up phone and whole day i keep on calling different nos. read full review »
