The Tv is displaying picture but there is no sound. One technician visited some 12 days back and promised to rectify the fault by replacing the part which he said would be done next day.Since then neither has he shown his face nor even had any courtesy to inform the latest position. Since 9/10/2009 I have been contacting Shri Arun (Mobile No.9923206669) who informed that one person has been sent with the part, but till this complaint no body has turned up nor have responded.
