I booked a flight through expedia website and needed to make a change to another flight. I was put on hold and waited one hour only to be disconnected. Then I tried for the next 4 hours to get through to someone to change flights and the same thing (for 4 hours) I was using 3 different phone lines to get through. Finally Expedia.com managed to get a hold of someone in canada and we were on the phone to him for an hour but he was unable to find the flight that we needed even though it was one the airline web site.
