I had bought LED samsung from ezone Mylapore. As a part of the offer i was suppose to receive LG 19 inch LCD... I have followed up "N" no. of times with their mylapore ezone office and the say no supply. I had also followed up with their national customer service staff and they promised resolution in 10 days and i am still to receive the gift. How can free gift offers be announced and not given even for 50 days since the date of purchase. Does ezone use to these cheap tactics to entice customers and then falter.
