I contacted the videocon customer service department to get a minor defect fixed in my wahing machine and the service engineer came to my place.. asked for a knife and cut the base of the tub of the automatic machine. He then informed that they dont have this tub available and can get us a second hand tub for us to which we did not agree.He told us that the company vehicle would come to pick it up and then no response.
