I bought Samsung LCD and home theatre a week again. since then I have made repeated calls to samsung customer care for setting up/mounting the lcd and fixing the home theatre, but everytime the response is" we will call you back in 12 hours" and I never receive any call . When I call back, they sorry for the inconvenience and we will surely send a technician, but no call or no technician has come till now.
