This is in regard to the complaint regarding Airtel phone service in Himachal Pradesh . I request Airtel customer care to Deactivate the promotional calls on my prepaid number, in response they informed that this thing will take more than 45 DAYS !!!.I have always heard that it take 48 hours to deactivate any sort of service but 45 DAYS !!! More over the customer care call is chargeable and the representative attending calls keep saying PLEASE HOLD ON THE LINE and when ask to transfer the call to manger they keep disconnecting the call no matters how may time you call them..
