Without my knowledge tataincom service provider has fix a caller tune and deduct Rs.10 + 30 (Rs.40) from my prepaid mobile balance two days back. when I contacted customer care they did not respond positively. This has happened to me second time. This is not fair. I did not want to fix a caller tune, but they compulsory fix in my mobile and deduct the amount. read full review »
