A Samung TV (LCD 32” LA32C530F1, Chasis No. 2025) was purchased from the dealer Rahul Electronics (SV road Goregaon West) on 15th June 2010. The full money was paid on 15th June 2010. The TV was delivered to our residence on 16th June 2010. The Samsung representative was to install the TV on 16th as per the dealer. After much follow-up, the representative came to our residence on 17th of June 2010 and opened the packed and sealed carton. To our utter dismay, the TV was an already used piece with no stand.
