I have bought a flat in Pune which was mortgage with GIC Housing Finance Ltd, Pune Office, I gave all the money to my seller and he cleared the dues of GIC Housing Finance Ltd and closed the loan. In return he got few original documents and the following original documents are lost by GIC Housing Finance Ltd, Pune Office (First Agreement, Index II and Registration receipt).
