I had purchased a shoes from V.K EXPORTS on 1/5/10. It was having 2 months warranty. But after 2 weeks use the leather was coming out and i reported this to the shop owner. He told that it can not be repaired since it is a problem with the leather and they accepted that it is the mistake from their side. The shoes was worth Rs.1100, they told they can replace the shoes but after paying 30% of the price as tax for new shoes.i.e around Rs.330. I refused to give the tax since i have already payed it for the first shoes. Nothing like that has been written in the bill and they were telling that it was their company rules. read full review »
