About six months back I was unfortunate enough to get Airtel DTH. Since 9th of June, the STB is not working. Despite repeatedly calling up the customer care, no service was provided. No technician came to my house to restore or change the STB. I was also told eventhough they have provided shoddy and negligent service I cannot expect any refund. I called up the customer care for the last time and wanted to speak to the manager. I was put on hold for half an hour, without anyone picking up the call. I am fuming right now.
