My Videocon washing machine is completely out of order. I lodged a complain over phone and complain no. is KOL0907100429. Videocon service personel (mobile no. 9331814813) attened my residence on probaly 03.7.10 and found some problem in motor and told that it need to replace. Since that day even after several phone call at Videocon customer care center and at the above service center no action was taken. read full review »
