I am now sick and tired of the service i am getting from FNB. I have just had a call from a uninformed call centre agent and this should stop immediately. All i need is for someone in FNB (Manager or responsible person) to phone me and the issues will be resolved immediately. I get the feeling FNB is making money out of unlawful business practices and this can only be addressed at management level. read full review »
