Well I have been dealing with reliance for almost two years over this matter! I purchased top of the line high efficiency air and furnace for my home and going with a company i thought i could trust. BIG MISTAKE! Not only did they destroy my basement but the installers were cussing and rude because the salesman sold me something apparently that would take two days!
