I worked for the Fochini Group from December 2004 until around September 2005. Since then I have worked for two other companies. Now I have been retrenched from my last employer. Having to organise everything for UIF, I eventually get there and they say Fochini Group's UI-19 form hasn't been submitted. So, I phone [Hidden Email] Menlyn on Thurday 20082009 where I worked and they say I need to come in and peak with them.
