I suspended one of my DSTV accounts on the DSTV customer care web site. The suspension was effected promptly. I need to activate the service for a few days again, and did so on the same website. The request was however ignored. In addition, the site clearly states 'View the status of your requests...' Where do you view the status of requests, as the link only provides options to forms? I spend the best part of 15 minutes holding on the phone to get the service reconnected, and then the operator just put the phone down... Sort out your 'Customer Care' site - it is dysfunctional. read full review »
