Made a payment into wrong credit card a month ago. Card enquiries was contacted and they notified me that the payment would be payed back into my credit card, however it has been a month and nothing has been done. I finished paying my credit card and closed it, when asked about when they were going to make the payment they said that they can not pay the money into another account other than a credit card as my credit card is closed.
