Hi, I have bought a new connection (smart card no: 41329427151) two months back. In this two months I am able to see only ten days all the channesls. For last two weeks I am not able to see any channel. I have registered the last complaint on 11th August'10 (complaint number 1-399685862) . According to SUN DTH service assurance, with in 24 hours it will should be resolved. Till now no one turned back. In this period, i have followed the same for six to seven times for the progress.
